The market here is definitely been different than we grew accustomed to for the last few years. But we are finding success having very honest conversations with sellers. Homes that are priced right are still selling. It just takes about twice the effort in marketing, phone calls, emails, and open houses. It also feels as if buyers have reset expectations about interest rates though our lender partners are more critical than ever. We've had interest rate buy downs in almost every deal over the last 12 months
