2024 Mortgage Rate Predictions at a Glance. 💻

According to Business Insider, Rates already seem to be trending downward as 2023 comes to an end. It is predicted that rates will continue to fall in 2024.

Will they be as low as what we saw in 2020? The answer is no. COVID was unprecedented and rates were at a record time low. We can’t expect them to go that low anytime soon.

However, in 2024 we should see rates lower than what they have been in 2023.
