As you can see by the October 2021 residential statistics, the median sales price, across the Austin-Round Rock area, has increased a whopping 24% to $455,000. We are on the path to a stunning, record breaking year. At the same time, the number of home sales decreased by 12%.

In regard to raw land sales, in Williamson County: MLS statistics showed an appreciation of 72% for over 100 acres when comparing Jan-Oct 2020-2021. If you are thinking of investing, give me a call.

Right Time, Right Place 🏡

Almost every day I get asked the question “Do you think we’re in a bubble and the price of real estate, in the Austin MSA will go down?”

My opinion is “No!” We are seeing a seasonal slow down in the market, not the 30 multiple offers as we did from April to July. There could be a very slight downward price adjustment but there are just too many companies and people moving to the Austin MSA and it’s simple supply and demand.
