If you are ready and can afford to comfortably purchase a home, don’t wait on the sidelines every year you wait home prices will continue to go up.
There are corrections in the market, which are very normal but it’ll be hard to see something like 2008 happen again when there’s much more guidelines in place than before.

There’s no such thing as the perfect time to buy—because everyone’s “perfect” looks different.
