This does not help address the housing affordability issue in Austin. 😊

Is the inventory wave cresting? The inventory in the Austin / Round Rock metropolitan area has increased 500% since the beginning of this year's historic lows. With interest rates still on the climb sellers are pulling back. Despite the market slow down home prices still eked out a slight increase year over year.
