This is the question I want more homeowners to start asking before making changes.

Not:

“What does everyone else have?”

This morning I read something that stopped me in my tracks.

Scientists believe the sunlight warming your face today may have started its journey deep inside the Sun thousands—even hundreds of thousands—of years ago.

Before it ever reached Earth, that tiny photon spent ages bouncing through darkness and pressure, making progress so slowly it would have seemed invisible to anyone watching.

Then one day, it broke free.

Eight minutes later, it was lighting the world.

It made me think about the people I talk to every day about real estate.

The future homeowner working on their credit.

The family saving for a down payment.

The seller preparing their home for the market.

The investor waiting for the right opportunity.

Many people feel frustrated because they don't see immediate results. They think if they aren't moving fast, they aren't moving at all.

But some of the most meaningful journeys happen long before anyone else can see them.
