Since there has been so much talk about the real estate industry right now and how some, not all, people are saying that buyer's agents are somehow not really needed to secure a home, they are sadly mistaken. I have been in this biz since 2008, and I can assure you that buyer's agents are 1000% worth their commissions.

So for those who believe they can purchase real estate without a realtor, it's essential to reconsider this notion. A realtor's expertise is invaluable in avoiding overpayment for a property. This isn't just a matter of a few thousand dollars but can amount to as much as a hundred thousand dollars. It's important to highlight this to ensure informed decision-making in real estate transactions.
