📊 The Austin metro real estate market is showing some fascinating trends as we move through the second half of 2025! From rising job postings 📈 to a notable increase in sales volume 💰, there’s a lot to unpack in these detailed charts. The job market is rebounding — Indeed.com shows a +20% YOY increase in job postings since bottoming out in late 2024. A growing job market often signals stronger housing demand in the near future 🏠✨.

📉 At the same time, interest rates are easing — we've dropped from 7.26% in February to 6.29% in September, making home buying more affordable 💸. Though new listings and pending units are down compared to 2024, buyer activity is still strong, especially with a 4.05% YOY increase in volume sold in August. It’s a market that rewards strategy and timing ⏳, and it’s a great time to plan ahead if you’re considering buying or selling.
