Happy closing and congratulations to my client, Fateh! He's a first time homebuyer and I was able to get this beautiful new home under contract for him from the original list price of $539K to $480K!!! That's a $59,000 decrease in price--huge! He was also able to use a 6% buyer credit incentive from the builder to either buy down his rate with the lender or use towards his closing costs. Talk about a deal! So happy for him and thankful to work as his Realtor.

A big congrats to my clients Karen & Doug! They closed on their beautiful cottage-style, custom built home in Smithville this week and are so excited about moving back to Texas. We came in at list price and there were really minor to no repairs needed on this 2017 home. The sellers were sweet and easy to work with, making this just seamless and smooth. I can't wait to see the beautiful garden they're starting in the backyard this spring πŸ™‚
