Closing day is exciting — but if you've never been through it before, it can also feel a little overwhelming.

Here's what to expect…

You'll sign a lot of paperwork. Like, a lot. But every document has a purpose and our preferred title team will walk us through each one. And I am there as well to guide you around the subjects of property tax prorations and future property tax protests.

You'll need to bring a valid ID and your closing funds — make sure those are wired ahead of time to avoid any delays.

The whole process usually takes less than an hour. And once everything is signed and all the funds for closing are received, You get the keys 🔑
