🗓️ The first two weeks on the market are the MOST important 💫 After 14 days, you lose momentum. And it continues from there.

📄 Your first offer is typically your best one! 💫 Close the deal… it’s in your best interest!

🏡 Open houses only work if your home is priced right 💫 Right price = busy open house. Otherwise, it’ll be a bust.

🏷️ Price really is EVERYTHING 💫 Buyers sort by price. If your home is overpriced, they WILL skip it.
