While prices were slightly lower than June and the luxury market has experienced some adjustment, overall activity remains steady, with pending sales ahead of last year and homes averaging about 63 days on the market.

Higher mortgage rates and rising homeowners insurance costs continue to shape the conversation, but Austin’s strong job growth and resilient local economy are helping support the housing market.
