She graduated from the University of Texas in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications. After college she couldn’t imagine leaving the town she fell in love with. After working in a real estate office in college, Alicean knew her career path. Not long after, she helped Broker Samantha Hale launch StoneHaven Realty. She spent 11 years with StoneHaven Realty before they merged wit

h ENGEL & VÖLKERS AUSTIN in 2017. Asked about her favorite part of being a realtor, she will quickly say helping others. Alicean also a graduate from the Leader's Choice Real Estate Sales Training Program, an intense 45-hour, nine-week classroom course with 12 months of ongoing coaching for sales skills development. Developed and led by Mark Leader, North America's No.1 real estate sales speaker/trainer and founder of Marker Leader courses, Leader's Choice has been proven to quickly increase production, dramatically improve self-esteem and foster work/life balance for real estate agents across North America. The program is considered North America's No. 1 results-achieving sales training and involves a series of mandatory assignments with high standards in customer service, code of ethics and general business guidelines required. Alicean and her husband, Kevin, have two sons and are active members at Austin Stone Community Church. She also helps run a summer camp for teens in foster care called Teen Reach Adventure Camp- Austin.
