Meanwhile, median sold prices tell a similar story—$409K for the metro (-4.9%) and $427K for resale ( 2.2%). 💰📈

Homes are taking a bit longer to sell, with days on market rising slightly to 95 days in the metro ( 2.9%) and 90 days for resale ( 8.1%). 🏠⏳ However, new inventory is surging! 🚀 3,740 new listings in the overall market ( 20.3%) and 2,210 in resale ( 28.5%) suggest sellers are making moves.
