Big congratulations to the new coolest dude in Austin! I'll be living vicariously through him as he's the proud new owner of an excellent condo just steps away from Zilker Park, Barton Springs, CHUYS, Lady Bird Lake, and downtown! Haha he's probably done more fun Austin stuff in the last few weeks than I have in years!

All smiles in front of this awesome new construction home designed beautifully from top to bottom by my clients. It was a long road to get to the closing table with multiple construction delays, but it paid off with such an incredible house. Couldn't be happier for this sweet couple, and I can't wait for the housewarming!

Vanessa, so sorry for the delay in giving you the obviously most important congratulations, posting a cheesy selfie online!! And sorry that my selfie taking skills didn't do your awesome new house justice!

Back from a bit of a social media hiatus to share a recent transaction that deserves a post! Couldn't have asked for nicer and easier to work with clients. And the new home that they built might be cute from the front, but it's absolutely gooorgeous inside. I wouldn't say it's incredibly difficult to make me feel like a boring old man, but these two succeeded at it like few others before haha. Between the house design and decor, the music taste, the event and concert choices, and even the alcohol preference... I hope to be as cool as they are one day!!

Back at it with the sold sign selfies! My clients had the GALL to move out of the country before we could take our photo! Cheesy photo with me or not, I'm still thrilled for them to have gotten the amount that they did in this sluggish market. They are ready to set up roots in Europe... And of course ready for me to use them during my next European vacation!

Selling a house right now isn't as easy as past years, but it's absolutely doable if it needs to be done. Let me know if you or someone you know has questions about cashing out of your/their home!

So so excited for my client and new bestie to close on his new construction home! Between the negotiate down price, the buyer closing cost incentives, the low interest rate deal, and the included move-in package, this was just too good of a deal to pass up. Such a pleasure to work with kind hearted and easy going people! And even better, people who will take cheesy pictures with me at the closing table :)

Client closed from out of town, and I was too embarrassed to get a selfie with seemingly the entire neighborhood outside watching haha. The "just sold" graphic is going to have to do for this one! The sluggishness of the market really made it tougher than it should have been given how cute it is and how great the price was. But my client was awesome throughout and a big 'thank you' goes out to him for it. I certainly did everything I could, and I'm thrilled we did make it to the closing table! I'm excited for him to start the next chapter outside of Texas... and jealous of him for perfectly avoiding all this heat!!!

We're back to the sold sign selfies! Clients are moving into the Austin area, but of course they just cooouldn't be here for the photo! Even with that mild betrayal, I'm very excited for them to set roots in Austin... and what a beautiful home to do so in! They were fantastic to work with so I'll speak for all of Austin and say that we are happy to have them!
