This one was special. ❤️

This is exactly why I love what I do… bringing families together.

A few years ago, I had the honor of helping the kids and grandbabies find their home here in Texas. So when I got the call that the grandparents were making the move too, I was ALL IN. 🙌

Their goal? Simple.
Be close to the grandkids… especially for those busy soccer schedules ⚽💛

Rusty & Leigh hit the ground running with me, exploring Kyle, Buda, and Dripping Springs. And this time, the grandkids (not so little anymore 🥹) came along for the ride, helping us “try on” each home to see what felt right.

Not every real estate transaction is straightforward. Some require real strategy.

Dillon came to me with a situation that was layered, time-sensitive, and anything but simple.

The kind of situation where an inexperienced agent might oversimplify things… or panic.

Those are the moments where experience matters most.

When you’ve been through enough transactions, you learn to anticipate the “what-ifs” before they become problems. You build a strategy around the obstacles instead of pretending they don’t exist.

This one required stamina too. In fact, I quite literally threw my back out an hour before closing getting this deal to the closing table.

And I’d do it again every time.

Because when my clients trust me with something this important, I take that seriously. I don’t flinch, and I don’t let them down.

Some homes are special. And then there are homes like this one. ✨

I am beyond excited for Amy and Jeremie as they close this beautiful chapter of their lives and step into the dream home they’re designing and building themselves. Watching this incredibly talented architect/builder duo bring their vision to life has been nothing short of inspiring.

This wasn’t just a house, it was a masterpiece of intention. From vintage doors carefully sourced in Round Top, to a thoughtfully designed garage casita, to creatively crafted storage, to a custom-built treehouse… every detail was curated with purpose. Every corner told a story. Every space held meaning. 🏡

They truly made magic here. The craftsmanship. The creativity. The level of detail. It showed.

It’s always a little bittersweet saying goodbye to a home that holds so many “firsts”: first milestones as a couple, first memories as a family, moments that become part of your foundation forever. 💛
