We're excited to announce that Christopher Francis has been awarded the prestigious Residential Management Professional designation (RMP®) from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). This prestigious designation is held by fewer than 450 property managers nationwide and is reflective of the professional commitment made to the industry by Christopher.

This professional designation is awarded to residential property managers who have completed one of the highest levels of achievement, including specific course requirements as well as service to the NARPM® organization. A detailed examination of the applicant, as well as letters of recommendation from clients and peers, is required to pass the certification requirements. This important designation reinforces the expertise we as a firm maintain within the property management field, as well as our continual drive to grow and expand our skills and knowledge.

Of these designations, Rollingwood Management holds the prestigious CRMC® designation, held by fewer than 50 companies nationwide. On staff, we have three RMP Designations, one MPM designation, and one CSS designation. All apart of our drive to grow, and improve ourselves as a firm!
