📢🌞 Hey everyone! 🌞📢 I am partnering with Family Eldercare and Waterloo Realty for the Summer Fan Drive! 💨❄️

We are collecting fans and money to provide relief to older neighbors and vulnerable individuals who can't afford or have no AC. Let's imagine the scorching heat without AC - it's tough! 😓

Our goal is to gather 50 fans and/or $1,500 by August 10th. Here's how you can help:

1️⃣ Donate online to my team drive 📲 Link in Bio!
2️⃣ Drop off a new fan at our office (2525 South Lamar) and say hello to our team:
- Aug. 1st & 8th (Tues.) from 11am-2pm
- Aug. 3rd & 10th (Thurs.) from 5pm-7pm

Pedestal or tower fans are most needed. Thank you for your support in keeping our older neighbors and vulnerable individuals cool this summer! 😊🌞

✨Sold! ✨Nothing like a downtown condo in downtown Austin overlooking Lady Bird Lake! This Milago condominium is the perfect blend of peaceful nature and close in activity for my repeat clients.

They had been looking for the right one to come up in the building for some time. We were able to swoop in at the right price to get it!

So happy for my clients to close on their new home! We were able to sell their south Austin house and find a home that was larger with high ceilings and mature trees that fit their family’s needs.

Selling a house while looking for a new home is a juggling act in the best of times. Add kiddos and it gets even more complicated! Glad we were able to negotiate a lease back and a quick close to make the dates work!

I have been working to find the right home for these clients for over a year.

We were under contract on a home that ended up having major issues that we were assured were resolved by the seller. After lots of digging and asking the right questions, we discovered unpermited plumbing repairs and a foundation that was no longer under warranty. I advised them to walk away. The last thing I wanted was for them to get into a home and be saddled with major repairs.

A few weeks ago, we found the cutest condo in a 3 unit building (off market too!) We are under contract and I could not be happier for them to finally have a place to call home.

Sometimes it takes a minute to find the right place. Sometimes, you have to walk away if the home isn’t right. I’m here to help through all the ups and downs in this market.
