Effective January 1, 2026, The Texas Real Estate License Act will require a written agreement to be entered into before you show any residential real estate property to a prospective buyer. This new requirement only applies to buyers of residential property. It’s a State Law.

It’s not too late. Vote “NO”
To Proposition Q.

I don’t believe anyone will vote for a 20% property tax increases except the wealthiest people in Austin and those on the coty council who have turned their back on the Hispanic & Black people they are supposed to help.

You must remember those Hispanics who have lived in east Austin who have mow forgotten where they came from.

Remember them me them when they come asking for your vote.

Vote No to Prop ‘Q’

Austin will never have affordable housing as long as your city leader keep raising your property taxes.

Rental rates will go up because the property owner pays the higher property taxes and then raises your rent to cover that increase.

If you live in a home that you own, you will either pay the higher property taxes included in your monthly mortgage payment or you’ll pay it at the end of the year to the Tax Collector.

Go vote. The city leaders are counting on LOW voter turnout. Show them that you care about the way your taxes are spent and that they should show fiscal restraint.
