Some of the best mornings start with a warm cup of coffee and a neighbor who knows your name.

On Saturday, residents at Lakeside Crossing, our lakeside community in Kyle, stopped by the office for Coffee, Bagels & Raffle. There were fresh bagels, full mugs, and a few lucky neighbors who went home with a YETI cup or a gift card. Many residents also recorded short videos about what they love most about living here.

Some of the best memories at Loma Vista start with a little friendly competition.

Our game room in the clubhouse is where neighbors cheer each other on, kids burn off energy after school, and a regular afternoon turns into a fun one. Rain or shine, everyone has a seat at the table.

Lotería Night at Loma Vista was one for the books.

Over 50 residents came out to the amenity center for a night of nachos, aguas frescas, popcorn, and a full 20 rounds of Lotería called from the front of the room. Between the "¡Lotería!" shouts, the friendly heckling, and the kids weaving between tables, the place was buzzing all evening.

A special thanks to Louis for taking a few minutes to share our Referral Program with everyone in the room. If you know a family who would love it here, this is the moment to send them our way.

To our office team and our maintenance crew, thank you for turning a Tuesday evening into something the whole community will be talking about. From the setup to the food to the last game called, you made it happen.

Renda came straight to our resident event from her shift at Tesla, still in her work shirt, and sat down to share her story with us. When she was looking for a place to call home, the drive from Loma Vista to work was one of the biggest reasons she chose our community. A short commute, a real neighborhood, and a place that fit the life she was building.

One year in, and she is right where she wanted to be.

Behind her in the video, the kids were running between the pool and the playground, families were catching up, and the community was doing what it does on a good afternoon. That is the Loma Vista Renda comes home to every day.

Congratulations to our August Yard of the Month winners, the Gomez and Hernandez family.

Anyone who has tried to keep a yard alive through a Texas August knows how much effort goes into a homesite that still looks this good in the middle of the heat. The Gomez and Hernandez family has been doing exactly that, showing up for their home even when the sun is not cooperating, and it shows.

They have been part of Loma Vista since 2021, and we have had the privilege of watching their family grow up right here in the neighborhood. That kind of history in a community means something, and their yard is a reflection of the pride they take in the place they call home.

Along with the Yard of the Month sign proudly planted out front, they took home a $50 gift card and a certificate of recognition. Well-earned all around.

Congratulations again to the Gomez and Hernandez family. Thank you for the work you put in, and for being one of the families that makes Loma Vista feel like Loma Vista.

What a way to send off summer at Lakeside Crossing! Thank you to everyone who came out to our Back to School Bash on the back patio. There were full plates, happy kids, and neighbors catching up before the busy season kicks in. Moments like these are what make this place feel like home.

The water slides were up. The hot dogs were on the grill. And 100 backpacks were packed and waiting.

The Back to School Bash at Loma Vista was one of those Fridays that reminds you why this community works the way it does. Our team spent the week shopping, filling bags, and getting the grounds ready. More than 200 neighbors showed up. The school supply bags went out in what felt like minutes, and the kids got one more afternoon of summer before the alarms start going off again.

There's something about watching a community's kids grow up that stays with you. They'll remember these Fridays. Their parents will remember Loma Vista as the place where their family did its growing up, in a neighborhood that felt safe from the very first day.

Big thanks to the entire Loma Vista team in Austin. This is the Roberts Communities way, showing up, doing the work, and making the kind of memories that stick around long after the water slides come down.
