Kat fled Pittsburgh’s cold winters to take up residence in sunny Austin, TX. After excelling as a hands-on sales associate at Apple, Kat realized her passion to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. Although she enjoyed her position at Apple and credits it with shaping her into who she is today, Kat chose to expand her talents in real estate and join one of the premier brands
in the industry. Kat embraces technology as a tool to help her communicate with clients and market her listings, however she also relies on old-fashioned activities like answering her phone promptly, listening carefully, and being responsive to her client's wants, needs, questions, and concerns. Her goal is to provide personalized service that culminates in happy, satisfied clients on closing day. Kat and her husband enjoy ballroom dancing, exploring Austin together and watching as many movies at the Alamo Drafthouse as they can. A foodie at heart, Kat’s passions include finding unique local restaurants and sharing them with friends and clients because good food makes a good home.
