SPARROW SPOTLIGHT
This month's Sparrow Spotlight is Troy Hawley. If you do not know Troy you are missing out on knowing one of the most positive, hardworking and committed people I have ever known. Troy joined Sparrow December of 2017 and primarily works in the Dallas region, but he has helped several communities when they have been in need. Not only does the company and properties Troy assists save money when he oversees a project, there is a little bit of Troy that rubs off on the team he is working with. He has so many rare qualities it would be hard to name them all, but his team approach, proactive spirit, and reliability are a few of the things Troy has shown our region over the past months. He is a strong cultural fit for Sparrow and his commitment and dedication to each project he contributes to is proof of that. He is very detailed and ensures that nothing is missed even ending a project with the community in a better position than before he walked on to the sites. His humble approach allows all who touch Troy to immediately be open to learn from his extensive experience and overall approach to each need. The Austin region, specifically Solea Cedar Park, has had such a huge positive impact after having Troy not only help with one but many projects throughout the past months and we do not know how we could have gotten through the obstacles that were in front of us without Troy’s assistance. Just a few comments from the people that Troy has touched recently:
“Troy has really helped me and the community on big projects that we have had like adding new sidewalks, so our residents can access the clubhouse better, also stepping in and helping solve our electrical issues really allowed me to focus on work orders and move ins.
