I think that we have a strong chance of getting 50 deals or even possibly 60 deals for the year. Not bad for a couple of hard working, hustling guys who have business meetings chatting about boxing, ugk and real estate. We go all over for deals from Beaumont to San Antonio to all over the Austin metro getting the best deals for our clients from either negotiating down by 20k or so on the buy side to getting folks to pay up over list price by 40k on the sale side.
