Have you always wondered what Austin’s Sail Tower looks like inside too? Google finally gave us a peek! 👀⛵️

The sail-shaped downtown office is filled with local artwork inspired by Texas, 🤠 from Big Bend wildflowers and Hill Country trails to Marfa thunderstorms. There’s even a new Google.org space where Austin nonprofits 🫶 can gather for meetings, workshops and community events.

It’s so fun finally seeing what’s behind those windows! 🤩

One of the TOP questions I get from new-build buyers: “What should I spend money on now vs. upgrade later?” 👀

My rule of thumb? Spend now on anything that’s difficult, messy or expensive to change later.

Think:
• Kitchen layout + cabinetry
• Countertops
• Electrical + extra outlets
• Structural upgrades
• Flooring throughout larger areas

Things like light fixtures, hardware, faucets + even some cosmetic finishes? Those can usually be swapped out later without paying the builder upgrade price.

The design center is FUN…but knowing where to splurge and where to save can make a big difference. 🙌

Starling is a brand-new Risewell Homes community coming to 📍Round Rock near Rockride Lane + CR 110, with the first homes expected to be available in 2027.

Here’s what we know so far:
• 900 single-family homes
• 3–5 bedrooms
• 1,700–3,600 sq. ft.
• 45’, 50’, 60’ + 70’ homesites
• 2- or 3-car garages
• Future community amenity center

Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but construction is expected to begin this fall!
