This is absolutely true ! The kitchen is the most important room in the entire house
and needs work space not decorations ...

Buyers tend to zero in on the kitchen when touring a home for sale. But these things lurking in your cook space could make them run toward the nearest exit.

Mortgage Interest deduction is capped at $750,000 under new changes so homes carrying a loan amount above , needs to be paid down or sold !
Property taxes is also capped now at $10,000....

Under the current setup, roughly 44 percent of U.S. homes are worth enough for it to make sense for a homeowner to itemize their deductions and take advantage of the mortgage interest deduction. Under the new bill (as reported), that proportion of homes drops to 14.4 percent.
