Meet my clients, Allison and Phillip.

I popped in to check on them at their closing today. And yep, it was a REFINANCE.

We were able to shorten their loan term, drop the mortgage insurance, and keep their monthly payment about the SAME.

This is why I stay in touch after closing. A mortgage shouldn’t be something we set and forget. When the numbers change enough to create an opportunity, I want my clients to know about it.

Grateful Allison and Phillip trusted me the first time, and trusted me to keep looking out for them after the keys were handed over.
