I was really happy to help my girlfriend get her beautiful Marble Falls property in the Loma Vista neighborhood under contract in just 3 days over the weekend, it had multiple offers and went over listing price! It has ample natural light & a very inviting and open feel, the buyers are so pleased!

Market stats for February are here!... & for the first time since June, home sales dipped due to the winter storms we experienced a couple of weeks ago. (These numbers were to be expected if you asked me)⁣ ❄️
⁣
☑️ According to the latest Central Texas Housing Market Report released by the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR), Austin-area home sales declined 8% to 2,389 sales in February.⁣
☑️ Market demand drove housing inventory down to a record-low 0.4 months of inventory and the median home price up 22.5% to an all-time high of $395,000! (If you aren't aware, NOW is the time to sell. Everyone wants a home and there isn't a lot of inventory!)⁣
