After graduation, Lindsay attended Emory University where she earned a Bachelor’s of International Studies and Sociology with honors. Lindsay has always felt a passion for giving back to the community, so after college, she moved to New York City where she taught 6th grade math in Harlem through Teach for America, a nonprofit organization that places teachers in low-income schools to close the achievement gap. She then spent the next six years organizing and planning large-scale training and fundraising events for Teach For America New York. Lindsay is also a part of local non-profits such as:

- ADL (Anti-Defamation League) Glass Leadership Fellowship
- Families with Young Children Generations Campaign Committee
- JCC Austin Early Childhood Education Family Fun Day Committee

Lindsay’s passion for helping others brought her back to her hometown to make the home buying and selling experience as seamless and smooth as possible for her clients. Flipping is not HGTV in real life.

The renovation choices matter, but the real make-or-break happens before you ever pick a countertop: what you pay, how you underwrite it, what the inspection reveals, and whether you actually know what you’re getting into.

Nice finishes can hide expensive problems, and a “fun project” can get costly fast if the bones, numbers, and permits aren’t handled correctly.
