Sometimes, it only takes ONE.

I met Jay and Susie at an open house three months ago, and they told me that it was time for them to take the next step and buy a new home. Further conversation revealed that a previous real estate experience left them feeling unsure about hiring and using the help of an agent. I reassured them that I have a process, I stick to it, and this would be a collaboration to the end.

Well, we were so thorough in our consult that they settled on three homes to see on our first round of showings (yes, just like on TV). After the first one, they didn’t need to see the other two. It was ONE AND DONE, and they handled it like seasoned professionals.

Big congrats to these wonderful first-time home buyers, Jay and Susie!!

This Wilmington plan from Smith Family was built in 2023, and has every option and upgrade they could add... plus some more that the sellers put in as well. From the deluxe kitchen to the messy pantry, privacy fence to the incredible garden, this house has it ALL! Come see for yourself :)
