It's not always a straight line to closing day.🛣️ We 3 encountered a number of unusual complications along the path to landing them a great fitting home in their ideal neighborhood. 🏡The seller was not an individual, but a corporate entity, and in this case the seller represented all three homes my clients offered on. For various reasons, the first two houses did not pan out.😵💫 Thank goodness, the third offer was a charm, and it turns out this home was the best fit, by far!🤩☮️ These two are celebrating over lunch right now, and can't wait to get their hands on keys!
