2018 was another busy year at Shore Condominiums in Austin with 21 of the 192 units changing hands, thats 11% so far. That's only one less than the 22 that sold in 2017 and we still have 45 days to go. The highest price unit to sell was unit #2203 located on the 22nd floor, a E-3 three-bedroom floorpan for $849,000 at $527.33 per square foot. The least expensive unit #809 AF-5 studio floorpan that sold for $255,000 at $476.64 per square foot. On average it took 73 days and a median of 45 days to sell a condo at the Shore in 2018. That's down quite a bit from the 121 day average in 2017. However the average price per square foot went up a little in 2018 to $480.11, up from $474.15 in 2017.
