With rates going up people think the prices are going to start dropping. You know because that's what the media is saying. That might be true in other citys or states but in Austin? Come on now, you know better than that! My phone has been ringing with people freaking about the rates. We are back to normal rates these are not high by any means. in the 80's and early 90s they were around 18% and people still bought. Things are still selling, I put one under contract yesterday and working on two more. If you are looking to buy. NOW is the time, rates will not be going down and you have less competition for that dream home. Give me a call, don't wait until the rates get to where you can't afford it. What do you think about the current market and rates?

Feeling concerned about the current real estate trends in Austin. Not sure how long we will be able to maintain these price increases (predicted to be years). Made it almost impossible for first time, va, fha buyers. But not impossible, If you are looking contact me so we can make it possible.
