🔨 San Jose, CA – EasyFix Fix & Flip Loan | $1.60M
We financed the purchase and renovation of this 2,386-square-foot value-add investment with a $175K rehab budget and an estimated $2.14M ARV. The financing supported the property’s repositioning for resale.

🏖️ Sneads Ferry, NC – EasyRent DSCR Rental Loan | $1.96M
This luxury 6-bedroom waterfront short-term rental was financed with our DSCR program using the property’s proven operating history. Located in the coastal community of Sneads Ferry, the investment features private beach access, a pool, and premium amenities designed for strong rental performance.

🏗️ Alys Beach, FL – EasyBuild New Construction Loan | $4.93M
Easy Street Capital financed the acquisition and construction of a luxury custom home with a projected $12.5M ARV. The loan included $1.45M for the acquisition and a $4.28M construction budget to support the ground-up development.
