January was a month to make moves. Not only did I make the move back to the team at Spyglass Realty, but I also helped some first-time homebuyers score their new home (the one they had hoped for since they first saw it listed)- and we closed yesterday! Congrats Eddie and Romina! I cannot wait to see what you do with the place.

It's still a hot market out there, but not impossible... I have four more buyers closing this month!

It's been a crazy couple of weeks in my world. BUT I've had the opportunity to check out a lot of really awesome properties around town. This is one of them. It's a duplex in a really great area with tenants in place. It could be a perfect investment opportunity for the right person, and I would love to find a buyer for it.
Real estate investment doesn't have to be scary. In fact, it can be really accessible. Duplexes are a great place to start! You can owner occupy one side and manage the other. And with a spot this cute (and so close to everything!), you wouldn't have any trouble finding tenants.
