Welcome to Rosedale… 🌸🌾
Located in the northern part of Central Austin, this neighborhood borders 38th St to the south, Shoal Creek to the west, North Loop / Hancock Dr to the north, and Lamar Blvd to the the east. True walkability to some of Austins best restaurants and charm are key features of this area, not to mention Ramsey Park and the Shoal Creek Hike and Bike Trail for the avid outdoor seeker. It’s location makes it even more attractive with close proximity to the Capitol, downtown, and The University of Texas, as well as easy access to the main thoroughfares of our beautiful city. Check out a few of my favorites from the neighborhood and comment below yours!
