—Austin Pizza 🍕 plans their 14th area location for 1600 S. First St.
—Trudy's Del Mar opened in the former South Congress Cafe. It is a coastal 🌊 TexMex restaurant stemming from the Trudy's brand, serving Bloody Mary's, carrot cake French toast, seared fish, New York strips and more.

Just a reminder that the Austin Marathon is Sunday (a door hanger was left on the front pedestrian gate for all 140+ of us, ha, cute!). Between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m., an estimated 17,000 runners will participate as the route is near our complex. 2/5/22 BOIL WATER NOTICE: All Austin Water customers MUST boil water before using it for eating or drinking until further notice.

A boil water notice has been issued for Austin Water users Saturday night. Additionally, emergency water restrictions have been issued, meaning residents are asked to conserve water.

Word on the street is that everything at the soon-to-close HEB on Oltorf is 50% off. (However, if things do not sell at that price, the HEB Public Affairs folks let our HOA Officers know that any food left, after they close, will be donated to the Food Bank, so it will all go to a good cause)!

The temporary HEB location adjacent to our property opens Wednesday the 26th of January. HEB has been a great partner through this process. They recently provided the Travis Oaks HOA officers a V.I.P. tour. Store hours will be 6 am to 10 pm and to ease traffic, there will be no pickup services. Free pickup or $5 delivery are available from any of their other stores. Pictured here are members of the HEB public affairs team, store managers, and HOA representatives Gary Horton and Reyne Telles. Both Gary and Reyne agreed that the store will have much more than they envisioned!
