JUST LEASED 🚨

I had clients relocating from Canada, and just as they were driving down for their move, the home we had secured informed us last minute that they couldn't accommodate a quick move-in. Within hours, I found another home for them, got them approved, and had a lease signed by that evening. I often get asked by buyers in the current market, "Why is this home still available?" Each home is unique, but one factor in a market with high inventory is homes that come back on the market after going under contract. While this can be concerning for buyers—especially if a property has cycled on and off the market multiple times—there's usually no reason to worry. There are many reasons a contract might fall through, from appraisal issues to buyer qualification, but that’s where my expertise comes into play to provide the answers and guidance you need. Often, when a home is struggling to sell, it can present an opportunity for buyers to snag a better deal.👀

This one was truly bittersweet! These clients were among my very first when I started in real estate. Five years later, helping them sell their first home so they could expand their family and be closer to loved ones was both a proud and surreal experience. I genuinely value the relationships I build with my clients and love seeing their lives evolve over time. Selling this home so quickly in a challenging market was just the icing on the cake.
