First week of summer officially in the books, and it already feels like we’re hitting our stride—later nights, slower mornings, and that shift where schedules loosen just enough to breathe a little.

Happy Friday!

What a gorgeous week in ATX! One more week of school and then we’ll have a rising senior… gulp.

We’re heading into that end-of-school, start-of-summer shift, and it’s always a time when people start thinking about what’s next—travel, slowing down a bit, or maybe even making a move.

We’re also getting ready to bring a great new home to market in Westlake, and it really speaks to what buyers are looking for right now.
