AMAZING STUFF OVER HERE.

We asked you all for nominations to give a child a new sewing machine this Holiday season! We appreciate all of the nominations and of course wish we could give give machines to all. In the end, we narrowed it down and decided to give away TWO this year! This is the first recipient of a new sewing machine!! We wish her well on her creative journey and can't wait to see what fun things she will do for herself, those around her, and (her latest favorite) her pets ❤❤

HUGE congrats to this amazing lady who just closed on her first home! From growing up playing club soccer together to now playing adult league, Taylor has always been one of the fiercest! It came as no surprise to me that she was so prepared and ready to take on this new journey as a homeowner.

Over my real estate career I have had the opportunity to help first time homebuyers, a lot of whom happen to be independent, thriving young women and it has been so rewarding and empowering to see these ladies take that leap of faith and invest in their future! 💪🏽💪🏽❤️❤️
