We are asking everyone to please familiarize yourselves with THE CONTRACT, WORK RULES, and RIDER’s GUIDE!

Metro dispatch is becoming way too comfortable with violating our rules and our Ride Ride dispatchers are allowing them to do so along with the Metro Access management team.

Please.. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS and your Job Responsibilities.
