Friends. Take a look at the June Stats below. If you've been thinking of selling your home, now is the best time. New Listings are down 5% but Active listings are down 32%!!! Pending sales are up 33% though. What does this mean? The laws of economics (Supply and Demand) are at work. People who would normally have listed their homes are not wanting to list due to Covid. This means there's less available to choose from so what is available is going fast and for higher prices. You can maximize what you'll get for your home RIGHT NOW! After Covid passes, there will be a flood of new listings on the market and that means that you'll most likely have to list for less to sell.
