Today I celebrated a birthday. We don’t need to talk about which one—let’s just say I’m older than you might think. 😊

🎊 Birthdays as a Realtor don’t always go as planned, but when the day takes a turn that benefits my clients, that’s a win for me too.

Seller Story: Today we successfully negotiated a contract—this deal came together very quickly because a family fell in love with a home seeing it online, toured it the same day, and decided to write an offer. When you know, you know! I love surprises like this, especially on my birthday. Every home has an ideal buyer, and I think we found ours.

Buyer Story: While I was out of town enjoying some time away for the weekend, my clients reached out wanting to see a new listing—it seemed to check a lot of boxes. With the help of the listing agent (collaboration is key), my clients were able to tour the home. Fast forward, and today we started preparing an offer. Regardless of which side you represent, we all have the same goal—connecting buyers and sellers so everyone can move into the next season of life.

I did manage to get dinner out with my husband to celebrate at a favorite local spot. Jack Allen’s never disappoints. Cheers to another year of living life and selling real estate! Grateful for all the people who have trusted me to help them over the last 15 years in this business. 🙏
