DEI sounds fair in theory—Diversity, Equity, Inclusion.
In practice, it became quotas over qualifications.
Race often mattered more than merit because it was mandated it became unfair—and in fields like aviation or medicine, became unsafe.
Hiring should be based on skill and competence, not identity. DEI sounds fair in theory. Under the Biden administration, DEI policies were widely mandated across large corporations and institutions, leaving companies little choice but to comply. Colleges followed suit, where professors were sometimes evaluated not solely on academic merit, but also on racial or identity criteria.

This is why the Trump administration moved to remove DEI mandates—from corporations, universities, and government—arguing that hiring, promotion, and education should be based on merit, skill, and performance, not race or identity.

-He’s looking to spend $2000 for low income persons in 2026 from the overflow the tariffs
-he has tremendously reduced the US debt
-now he’s making waves to eliminate the IRS because the tariffs can replace that
