All of these beauties are off market!! Snag em before we list em!!
According to an article on realtor.com on July 8, 47% of sellers delisted their homes to re-list at another time and let the days on market reset. This is wild to me, but I believe it because we did the same thing on several of our listings as well.
If you are house hunting, let’s chat. Snagging something off market before everyone re-lists would be wise. If there’s a surge of inventory, homes will likely go into multiple offers and you’ll lose your ability to negotiate. (Or pay more than you should!).
