The housing market sentiment has hit a record low, which could impact your future home-buying plans. 😩

Fannie Mae's recent survey shows only 14% of consumers believe it's a good time to buy a home, while 86% think it's a bad time. 🧐

This pessimism stems from high home prices and interest rates, pushing the median monthly housing payment to a record $2,843 nationwide. 😰

With more homeowners potentially listing their properties due to various non-financial reasons, we could see an increase in housing inventory. This might lead to more rental options or even price adjustments in some areas.

While the market remains challenging, 75% of Americans aren't worried about job loss, and 20% report increased household income.
