⚠️With the NAR Settlement, there are lots of questions regarding how a buyer's agent is to be paid.

Seller offered commission is no longer transparent & on the MLS.

Buyer's may be weary of working with a buyer's agents.

For my future buyer clients, I have gone ahead & created this video.

For anyone buying in Texas (or if you know someone buying in Texas) watch this video! It will hopefully help you understand more about the process.

We talk not only about the buyer's representation agreement, but the forms a buyer's agent should ask for prior to showing you a home. We also talk about the termination agreement for a buyer!
