Three client meetings from land purchase to move in day 🙌🏻

One Art Village client lived in Houston and visited the site only three times: when purchasing the land, after the foundation and framing were complete, and shortly before moving in.

Our team handled the design, permitting, contractor coordination, construction, and furnishing of the home.
Those visits gave us three photos: an empty lot, the home under construction, and the completed home.

For us, full service means one team manages the entire project and remains responsible for the result, while the client stays focused on work and life.
