Welcome to Nueces!🐿️
Located near the UT Austin campus, Nueces offers a quieter, more independent take on co-op living. Occupying one floor within a larger super co-op, Nueces gives residents the best of both worlds — a private apartment-style space paired with the connection of a bigger co-op community.
Each resident has their own private bedroom and bathroom, with a shared kitchenette for cooking and connecting with floormates. Since there’s no meal plan here, residents have full control over their own food and schedule. Labor responsibilities are light too, just 2 hours a week on average covering tasks that keep the floor running smoothly.
