Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Kathie has explored many new horizons living in Alabama, Mississippi, California, Washington and Las Vegas. As a licensed REALTOR in Mississippi and California, Kathie has worked with many investors to achieve their goals and enjoy the various financial and emotional rewards that are offered by investing. She has helped relocate families who needed to sell their homes, as well as, assisted them in finding a home in their new location. Kathie has excelled as a result of her focus on client satisfaction, staying in tune with the market, and remaining dedicated to continuing education. To ensure her clients receive a superior standard of representation, she has completed training to earn the following designations: Graduate , Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS). Kathie has been a business owner for most of her life, having a bookkeeping and accounting practice in Toledo, Ohio for many years. During that time she purchased a flower shop from one of her clients and stopped pushing the pencil and started pushing the petals. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her family, a good golf game, tennis, and pickle ball. A cold beer or a spicy Bloody Mary is a great way to call it a day.
