It's no surprise that we have been seeing rapid changes in the market so I'm sharing some data to keep you informed. The market has adjusted and we are seeing more inventory available for potential buyers with less demand due to rising interest rates.
Here is what has been happening in the Austin Metro area in the last 60 days:

As you can see, our active number of available homes continues to rise while the number of pending homes has slowed a bit. We are still in a sellers market but, buyers have more options and don't feel rushed to purchase.
